The Law Is The Law...

...Except When It Isn't

from wnd.com: ’Rogue Judge Thumbs Nose At Law...For 3rd Time’ - Liam Clancy - September 2
(U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia, a Clinton appointee, is at it again, this time blocking most of a bill passed in Texas to legally stifle sanctuary cities in the state for breaking the law.  The good judge looking out for his brethren again…)
the article quotes extensively Daniel Horowitz, writing in the Conservative Review.  Whoever this Horowitz is, he is one of the good guys.  Very insightful responses to Judge Garcia’’s arbitrary action.)

Wise words from Daniel Horowitz. And thanks for writing about the story, Liam. Important to be aware of.

Tyranny is afoot in the land. Aka arbitrary law. From 'Words mean what I say they mean' judges. Echoing Humpty Dumpty. Who, they should remember, had a great fall.

..

“Judge Garcia granted a preliminary injunction, citing ‘overwhelming evidence by local officials, including local law enforcement, that S.B. 4 will erode public trust and make many communities and neighborhoods less safe,'”

NO it is liberal judges who twist and fail to obey the law that makes the country unsafe along with the treasonous media and terrorist organizations like Antfi and the SPLC

We are in a game where the liberals play to win and the conservatives just play to be nice. Who you gonna bet on in this game??

  • The Splc is not a terrorist organization. And what those law enforcement agencies are right no matter how much you disagree with you. Crime thrives in places where the law enforcement isn't trusted. Ms13 was started by a group was started by teens who wanted to protect their neighborhood ..It touches everyone no matter what. Congress needs to work on a better system that leads to many of them becoming citizens.

Hold on, this is waiting to be approved by WND.

Crime thrives in places where criminals hang out. If someone is in this country illegally, they should be deported as soon as possible, before they start putting down roots here, and assume arrogantly that they are 'entitled' to be here. BS. But what I will concede is that the authorities have a responsibility in this whole thing. To uphold the law clearly. Not haphazardly. That allows for unclarity. Not good. That breeds disrespect for the law.
