Being  Called/To Account

When any decently

Open-minded person

Starts looking into

             the history

           of the issue

                    of the 

"Natural born" citizen

          requirement

For the office

Of the nation's

Presidency, they

Will quite soon discover

            the truth

                of the matter:

            that

The whole point

Of the exercise

        on the part

Of the constitutional

          Framers

Was to make sure -

             at least

As sure as they could,

           in their time

           and place - 

           that 

           the person

Who ended up

            occupying

That office -

                  who would 

                   as well

          become the

Commander in Chief

Of the nation's military

Forces - 

       did not have any

            conflicting

      loyalties or

Allegiances.  

                       Like a

          naturalized

Citizen.  And like a - 

             wait

             for it - 

                    Dual

Citizen.  Like, say,  

                         er,

               Obama.

      Reasonable

      deduction,

     wouldn't you

Say?  Wouldn't any

                   decently

Open-minded person

Say??  

               Of course  

They would.  

    And this reading

Of the Framers'

           intention

Is highlighted by

        the fact that 

              before

      the vote on

       the matter

Of that office's

            eligibility

Requirements,

      Alexander

        Hamilton

Had proposed 

              that

Said candidate

Need only be

           a, quote,

'Citizen'.  

                And

His proposal

Was turned

Down.  

        The result:

  that federal

  office - 

        and that

federal office

      only -

Has that stricter

     eligibility

     requirement

     for it.             

               Worth

Consideration,

   wouldn't you

Say?  Wouldn't any

         even halfway

                 decently

Open-minded person

Say…             

              So, who's

STEP 1 - Choose an Opening Point

NumbersUSA is running the following ad in political journals across the country, noting how Members of both Parties and some in the media agree that Pres. Obama's executive amnesty is unconstitutional. Please take a look at the ad and support a short-term spending bill, so Congress can later defund the President's action.

STEP 2 - Edit or Write your own Main Text

"Those who seek absolute power, even though they seek it to do what they regard as good, are simply demanding the right to enforce their own version of heaven on earth.  And let me remind you, they are the very ones who always create the most hellish tyrannies.  Absolute power does corrupt, and those who seek it must be suspect and must be opposed."  That is Sen. Barry Goldwater speaking to us from the grave.  It doesn't matter which side of the political aisle one stands on: one can stand on principle wherever they are.  And this is a sound principle.

Please heed it.  This president has gone too far.  Rein him in.  Before The People have to 'reign' him out themselves.
