Stan, I'm not sure what Rocket Science is but would like to know where you found your definition of a " Natural Born Citizen " . I didn't know that our English writing for-fathers meant " jus soli " and " jus sanguinis " when they wrote " Natural Born ". Please enlighten us.

An excellent site to research all this: puzo1dotblogspot.com.  (The blog site of Mario Apuzzo, attorney.)  Also, the blog site of CDR C.F. Kerchner (Ret.)
Thank you for asking, and caring to look into it.
P.S. Some people on this thread seem to think that Cruz is eligible because his father was 'just EMPLOYED' in Canada.  That is not the germane point; nor is it that his mother was a U.S. citizen.  His father was a Cuban citizen at the time of his birth.  Thus he is a dual citizen.  Thus he is ineligible for that particular office.  Period.
And thus, when Obama is removed from the office, for the same reason, all the legislation that he signed into law, and all the Executive Orders that he issued, and all the appointments that he made (including to the Supreme Court), go with him.  Into the bin.  For being illegal.  That is as serious - and as effective - as this issue is.
