And Another Thing...

Not In America

I would like to clarify something.  When I wrote in a recent blog about, in a free country, allowing people to associate with their ‘own kind’, if and when they wish to do so, as in bars and restaurants and churches and such,1 I never meant to imply that I supported their cultural and religious practices across the board.  I append this caveat because I have since realized that there are such practices going on in this country that must be stopped, because they run counter to American law.  My attention was drawn to this aspect of such questions by a recent mailing where the outfit notified its mailing-list recipients on the envelope that, quote, “A judge recently ruled: ‘This case will proceed under Ecclesiastical Islamic law, pursuant to the Qur’an.’  Was that judge presiding over a case in: a) Iran; b) Pakistan; or c) the United States.”

You get the picture.  This outfit (titled ‘Remember America’s Heritage’) was deeply concerned that in America, the judicial system is beginning to recognize foreign and Islamic law in our courtrooms; and that practice is fraught with danger, and must be stopped in its tracks.2

Just as America is not a Christian theocracy, it is not to become an Islamic one, or anything like it.  There will be no such things as ’honor killings’ or female genital ‘circumcision’ (actually, mutilation) practiced in this country; because it is contrary to American law.  If someone really needs to engage in such cultural/religious practices, they can stay in the countries that allow it.  Once people come to this country, to become Americans, they need to leave their civil rights-destroying baggage behind.  And that’s why we have a Constitution.

But wait!  Oh; I get it!  That’s why liberals, and their outright Marxist comrades, are trying to infiltrate Islamic law into this country: the very act tends to destroy the Constitution.  And that’s what they want.  Because the Constitution stands between them and their desired socialist order.  And so, use any and all means in order to accomplish your end: that’s how it goes, isn’t it, Saul??  Alinsky, that is???3

With your bro in the Oval Office, doing all he can to further said cause…

I’m not going to go into a dissertation on socialism/communism here.  (Or the illegality of Obama in the office.)  I just wanted to flag a point: that my stand on allowing people to associate with their own kind means as long as they continue to abide by the Constitution of this country in doing so.

And that means the Constitution as she was wrote, and properly amended and interpreted.  Not the ersatz document that has been taking its place.  For long enough, now.

Actually.  As to that point.  This is as good a place as any to comment on recent Supreme Court decisions.

Hold on.  This is going to be a bit of a bumpy ride.

-

‘What do you think of the same-sex marriage decision of the Supreme Court?’

'I can hardly wait for the emperor to marry his horse.  The high one.  But in response directly to your question:

‘I think it goes along with other of their decisions, that go too far, in straying from their roots deeply embedded in the Constitution proper.

‘It’s on a par with their Roe v. Wade decision, for example.  Which needs overturning, just as this one does, for not being truly constitutional.

‘I have noticed how terrible a job our educational system has done, for over half a century now, in teaching the American youth about their form of government.  Terrible, in the eyes of a true American.  All part of the overthrow job, in the eyes of a Marxist.

‘This is a federal constitutional republic.  The federal government itself has limited and delegated powers; “few and defined,” in the rather authoritative words of the man known as the Father of the Constitution, James Madison.  But over the years, a notion has crept in, that calls and considers the Constitution ‘a living document’.  This is a misunderstanding of the Constitution, that has crept all the way up to the esteemed minds of some of the members of the U.S. Supreme Court.  They have taken to thinking that the Constitution only means what they say it means.  “Nothing more, and nothing less,” in the imperious words and tone of Humpty Dumpty.  Sitting precariously on his wall…

‘“Original intent" is more than just a legal theory.  It is the basis for the rule of law.  If you don’t go by the original intent of a contract, all bets are off, as they say.  There is no more rule of law.  There is only the rule of men.  Also known as arbitrary law.  Also known as tyranny.

‘We have tyranny ruling in this country today.  It didn’t originate in the executive branch, of our tripartite form of federal government.  In which all three branches are to be co-equal, incidentally; the judicial branch to be just as subject to the workings of checks and balances as the other two.  So, our current tyrant in the Oval Office - who has, by his actions, declared himself a law unto himself; and not been reined in for it properly, yet, by the other two branches between them - so the current occupant of the Oval Office didn’t originate the tyranny that is ruling in this country today.  He was given such power in general by various Congresses, and specifically by the previous administration, which had assumed such power under the cover of a terrorist attack on the nation that it initiated; for that very purpose.

‘The purpose, of taking over the federal constitutional republic of the United States of America, and merging it into being merely a part of a region - an economic zone - of their totalitarian New World Order.  So called by them themselves.

‘And just who are ‘they’??  ‘They’ at the top are the wealthy elite on the planet.  The powers behind the thrones.  Have been for years.  And now are making their major move, for total takeover.

‘And so, what We the People are faced with, in the way of a mission, is not just to take our country back from these tyrants.  But to root them out entirely, from their positions of power.  And to replace their rulership with the proper rulership of Planet Earth.

‘As has been defined as, and characterized as, the kingdom of Heaven.  Wherein the power resides from within each of us.  As the facets, fractals, aspects, points of view of The All That Is.

‘Our Source.  From which we came.  For a time, and season, in a realm of separation - seeming separation, from our true natures - and duality; meaning the presence of the quality of free will, by which to make choices between the dark and the light -  in order to learn lessons.  And progress spiritually, in and from the process.  In order, ultimately, to return home again, in total Unity consciousness.

‘But first, to inhabit, for another time and season of experience, an exalted Being in Its own right.  What we have called Gaia.  As She ascends in Her own right.  With us.  Not as cancerous cells. But as mutual creations of The One Holy Being Of All That Is.

‘So, there are to be some changes in the American form of government; yes.  Just not in the way that the Dark-force entities envisioned it all to work out.  The best-laid plans of mice and men often going awry, as the poet said, and observed.

‘And especially when such plans are up against the Will of the Godhead.  By which, and in alignment with which, we are to proceed, from now.  Into the foreseeable future.

‘Time being relative, and all.  Relative, to our time and place in it.  Learning lessons along

‘The Way.

‘The Royal Highway.’

1 And not at the expense of English as the nation's common/'oficial' language, and so forth - i.e., of being Americans at the same time.  I didn't mean 'multiculturalism;' which is a tool of the Left to break down and destroy the American, or any country's, nation state.  Paving the way for the statist New World Order; in which the fascists - who are really the power behind it all - would take over, in the same way as the more hardcore Bolsheviks did from the more moderate Mensheviks.  But to continue.

2 “The Center for Security Policy reports ‘Our findings suggest that Shariah law has entered into state court decisions, in conflict with the Constitution and state public policy.  Some commentators have said there are no more than one or two cases of Shariah law in U.S. state court cases; yet we found 50 significant cases just from the small sample of appellate published cases.’”  (emphasis in original)
The nose of the camel under the tent, then…

3 And not just the Constitution in the Left’s crosshairs.  But Christianity as well.  The liberals/atheists in an alliance with Muslims to take down Christianity; and sort out the ‘religious’ issue later.  First things first; eh, gang.
