Since both the Democrat Party and the Republican Party have proven themselves to be criminal enterprises, for running ineligible candidates for the office of the POTUS, they should both be a) fined and dissolved, and their authorities jailed, and b) stricken from the voting ballots, and new parties developed, to reflect the will of their members.
And this should happen asap. Before the rot eats any further into the body politic of the federal constitutional Republic of the U.S.A., and its (largely hoodwinked) citizenry.
And just who do you think will have the money - and clout - to start new parties? The same old scum that are running the current Democrat and Republican parties.

The reason why we are going through all this nonsense is because our elected officials refuse to put their foot down and say enough is enough. Illegal means just that. Illegals are only entitled to a hearing not free benefits at the expense of taxpayers. We need to stop voting for candidates that we know for certain are illegal sympathizers. What's the purpose of a Constitution if it means nothing?

Thank you for this, Rep. Yoho. At last, the Congress making a move to hold the Executive accountable.
The corruption is so bad that it can't be due to just that. It must have to do with more than bribes - although I don't discount them. (Apparently, a number of our Congresscritters were paid big-money bribes to get the TPA through, leading to passing the TPP, and then the TTIP, and thus, the practical end of the federal constitutional republic of the U.S.A., and the enthronement completely of USA Inc..) I can easily imagine that - with the stakes as high as they are - TPTB have resorted to making offers that our reps can't refuse. I think that what needs to happen is that as our Oath Keepers swing into action to take our country back (with patriots having their backs), they need to let our elected reps know that they will arrange protective custody for them and their families. And maybe then we can get some whistleblowers to start blowing the whistle loud and clear, about the shenanigans that have been involved in all this crap and corruption, that has been going on FOR LONG ENOUGH.

The Arabs are your problem"), reported on TV there that they were in the vicinity to record The Event. Thus signaling prior knowledge.
And not a word about the Israeli 'art students' who had spent time in the towers in the days before The Event doing something with fuses and explosives. And such 'art students' who had been keeping tabs on the Arab patsies, I mean, of course, hijackers, in the days leading up to The Event. And the Bush Family involved in the security of the buildings in the days leading up to The Event, with mysterious goings-on there in the middle of the night leading up to it. And we're supposed to believe that it was only the Saudi royal family behind 9/11???......

The best thing that Cruz could do would be to admit that he isn't eligible for the job, for not being a 'natural born' citizen (if a U.S. citizen at all; apparently his mother had taken on Canadian citizenship at the time, and at the time they didn't allow for dual citizenship) - and thus, bring down the Usurper in the Oval Office with him, on the same charge. Who needs simply to be arrested - by Oath Keepers, if the local law enforcement officers won't do the job; Sergeants at Arms or whatever they are called - and held for trial, on a whole host of charges by now, including fraud, perjury, and treason. And Hillary needs to be arrested and held for trial on her own "whole host of charges," including running an unsecured email system whilst SoS, and soliciting bribes from foreign governments for her and Bill's Clinton Foundation personal slush fund.
And then we REALLY get down to business in this country. Locking up all the corrupt politicos and judges as one of the first orders of business, under New Management.
