On Constitution Day

Subtitled:
Celebrating The Rule of Law
             Rather Than
          The Rule of Man’

Can you imagine
The consciousness
                  behind
The intricate beauty
            of flowers?
                 Behind
       the radiance
       of sunsets??…
Come on, people.
                     You
                can do
                 better
            than this
            poor
            example
Of stewardship.

        —

If you are going to go
    for dictatorship
                  then I
Will take over now
In positive reaction
               and steer
This ship of state -
   along with the other
       ships of state
   trailing behind ours -
To a far, far better shore
Than ever before
          where Truth
          and Juatice
     will prevail
     timelessly.

…And scams like these
          will cease
        immediately:

A Letter to the Editor in the September 19th issue of The New American bi-weekly magazine, titled ‘Welfare Fraud’:

“The welfare racket that goes under the name ‘earned income tax refund’ has gone viral.  (The IRS says about the earned income tax credit: ‘The EITC is a refundable tax credit.  This means workers may get money back, even if they have no tax withheld.  Nationwide last year almost 28 million eligible individuals and families received more than $66 billion in EITC’ — the government gives to tax-return filers more money than they paid in income taxes.)  We knew of a post office in a small, 300-family, Texas, border village with1,500 PO boxes, all designed to receive those April welfare checks.  The Mexicans calmly crossed the border once a year to collect their ‘refund’ checks.  And this scam has reached alarming new heights under Obama.  A single Atlanta address received 23,992 tax ‘refunds’ worth $46, 378, 949 for illegal aliens.  A second Atlanta address received 11,284 tax ’refunds’ worth $2,164.976; a third single address in Atlanta got 3,608 tax ’refunds’ worth $2,691.448; and a fourth Atlanta address received 2,386 tax ’refunds’ worth $1,232,943.  Other such single addresses with thousands of illegal aliens receiving ‘earned income tax credits,’  i.e., welfare payments, were found in Oxnard, California; Raleigh, North Carolina; Phoenix, Arizona; Palm Beach, Florida; SanJose, California; and Irvine, California.
“The total number of ‘recipients’ of those welfare checks in these 10 locales was 52,884,receiving a total of $78 million.  Mexican ’immigration lawyers’ are evidently enabling this gigantic scam for tens of thousands of illegal aliens, using single addresses of convenience in order to avoid possible visits by the immigration authorities to real addresses.  The usual lawyer’s fee for this service to illegal aliens is 20 percent minimum, so an Atlanta lawyer may have cashed in about $8,637,804 dollars in the year.
“‘Earned income tax refund’?  It’s like calling one of the most murderous communist regimes ‘The People’s Democratic Republic of Korea..’”
                                                                                         Marc Jeric, Las Vegas, Nevada

Shades of Ben Bernanke and his helicopter…

…and to hell with the poor, stupid American taxpayer, who has to pick up the responsibility for this debt, with his income tax dollars siphoned off to go towards paying the interest on that debt, and thus not going to infrastructure projects and the like - that is, what his tax money is SUPPOSED to be used for…

If this isn’t the epitome of corruption, I don’t know what is.*   So it’s the end of the line of the Old Order.  Now to go under New Management.

Where Truth and Justice will prevail
              timelessly.

Because I DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS SORT OF CRAP GOING ON ANY LONGER.

N.B.  Back in 1961, when I engaged in my ‘monument schlep’ across the country, “to see the president and draw to his attention that the way to rid ourselves of all our aches and evils is to do away with money,” I was accused by somebody of being a communist.  I didn’t get into a discussion on the matter, having my mission to get on with, of seeding the idea into our American consciousness.  But if I had stopped to engage in a discussion on the matter, I would have said something like the following:
’No, what I am talking about is pretty much the exact opposite of communism.
'Communism is totalitarianism - the all-powerful state running people’s lives to within an inch of their lives.  Demanding of each ‘according to their ability’ - that is, slavery to an nth degree - and giving to each according to what the state determines is their ‘need’.  All based on the state’s needs, of course.  And the loyalty of the slave to the system.
‘What I am proposing is that we do away with the interest-bearing money system altogether - what has rightly been called ‘money as debt’ - and simply share our goods and services with one another - and give of our best in the process - out of a higher motive than the one of profit.  Out of the highest motive that there could ever be:
'out of gratitude to our Creator for life with meaning.  Out of, in a word: Love.
'Not Force.  So it’s the exact opposite of the communist model.  Which tries to sell its pie- in-the-sky by saying that once the people have become true Soviet Man and Woman, the state will wither away.
'On a state based on Force, it won’t.  A truism if there ever was one: Power corrupts; and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
‘A system based on Power will never relinquish its Power.
‘In my proposed New Order of Things - i.e., the ‘state’ that I am talking about - we earn credits for our services to The System, which we can spend however we wish to.  All, in service to
   ‘the Most High.
‘Expressed in the idea, the principle, of Service to Others.  Inasmuch as we are all God.  All, facets, fractals, aspects, points of view, of
   ‘the All That Is.’

And thus endeth the lesson for today.

* I know, I know: ‘We’re only getting ours back from all the government money that the Wall Street bankers siphon off into their pockets’.  As if two wrongs ever made a right…
…and going to illegal aliens at that.  So, rubbing our noses in this mess doubly.
I guess that’s what they call 'compound interest'…
