On Setting Things To Rights

My computer
Had become infected
Terribly.
It took some doing
To set it right.

As it will
The government.

        I

The president
Of the United States
           must be
A “natural born”
Citizen.
            I.e.,
           one born
On the soil
Of two - that’s two -
U.S. citizen parents.
It could not be
Otherwise.
   The whole point
Of the exercise
    on the part
Of the constitutional
       Framers
(A distinguished lot
    if there ever
    was one)
In putting that
     eligibility
Requirement in
Their constitutional
    contract
For that particular
Office - and that
Particular office
Only, one must
Understand, to get
     the picture
     fully -
Was to make sure -
At least insofar
As they could,
In their time -
That the office
Of the president
Of the new
Federal
Constitutional
Republic
For its citizenry
And for the world
As like a shining city
On a hill
Did not devolve to
              anyone
With any foreign
Allegiance.
               To say,
To a naturalized
Citizen.  Or -
          wait for
          it -
          to a dual
Citizen.

Like Obama.

Duh.

-

Show me
The constitutional
Amendment that
Changes that requirement
And that intention.
           Otherwise,
           all those
Who have been involved
In this act
Of chicanery
And deceit
Go to prison.
And that includes
All those Congressmen
And -women
Who have failed
In their duty -
                  their
      constitutional
      duty (to say,
               under
      the rule of law) -
Of responsibility
In this
Meretricious -
               even
       malevolent -
Matter.

       II

I was angered
By the first occasion
Of to-rights setting
Mentioned herein.
But it is as nothing
Compared to
The other.

Beware.

Because - you see -
We cannot progress
From here
      to where
      we
      are going
Without Truth
As our lodestone.
Embody it.
       Or be
      left
    behind.

'An American' is spot on on this matter, and those two shyster lawyers can go to warmer climes.  (It's obvious that both the Democrat AND the Republican Parties are in on this scam, or we wouldn't BE in this terrible predicament.)

It is actually not rocket science.  The whole POINT of that eligibility requirement set by the constitutional Framers for that [particular] office - and that [particular] federal office ONLY, a not-incidental, rather extremely significant, factor - was so that the candidate, if elected - who would as well then become the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces - would have no DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES.  Like a naturalized citizen would be subject to.  And ESPECIALLY like a DUAL citizen would be subject to.  Like Obama.  And like Cruz.  (And Rubio.  And Jindal.)  And once not a 'natural born' citizen, ALWAYS not a 'natural born' citizen.

These legal beagles are trying to play a magician's trick on us: 'Watch this hand.  See: 'born abroad,' no big deal; watch while I deal with it.'  'But what about not having had two U.S. citizen parents?' -'No no; watch THIS hand.  The 'where born' hand. Stop looking at the other hand...'

On the other hand, John Jay, a respected statesman of the day (and who, not so incidentally, became the first Chief Justice of the new U.S. Supreme Court), wrote a letter to G. Washington, in his role as Chair of the Constitutional Convention proceedings, to "hint" at the need for the potential Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces to be a "natural born citizen" - i.e., one with NO FOREIGN ALLEGIANCES.  And to top off the historical case: Alexander Hamilton made a proposal at the Convention that the president need only be a "citizen" - and his proposal was specifically TURNED DOWN.

This is NOT a minor matter.  This is a major constitutional crisis in this country.  One that could potentially dissolve both major political parties, for being involved in RICO-Statute conspiracy activities, for obviously having colluded in this crime, against the very rule of law in this country - i.e., the Constitution.  And seeing them both go down wouldn't be a bad idea, anyway, for all the corruption that they have both been up to.  For long enough, now.

So maybe this is a blessing in disguise.  And we can, at the end of the dark days, thank Obama and those two political parties for helping us 'see the light'.  And go for it.
