You must not understand constitutional law. Nothing trumps the Constitution but a constitutional amendment. Too bad you didn't read my 'case'. That was the historical picture, and those were the historical facts. (And there are more.) Show me the constitutional amendment that changes that eligibility requirement for that office. Or leave the field.

I am getting royally sick and tired of all the corruption that is going on, and has gone on, in this country, over the last, well, decade or two at the least.
"Already ruled on by a Federal Judge And YOU LOST." Why am I not surprised that some 'federal judge' somewhere ruled in favor of constitutional error, on this issue, or any other constitutional issue.? There is this big assumption, amongst both the public and many lawyers, that all that matters is their 'opinion'. They seem to have gone to the same law school, or similarly festooned ones, that apparently teach their aspiring lawyers and judges - and politicians - that the Constitution is a quaint document, hardly worth looking at, because all that matters is 'precedent' - and if you get to feeling really frisky on the bench, you can go out there and make 'precedent' - like 'Whoopee!' - to your heart's content. Especially if you are a lefty. If you are not, well, ve haf vays to deal mit you... preferably before you even get on the bench, and try to engage in all that boring 'original intent' stuff.
Let me in there, Coach, and I will kick so many judges off their various benches it will make their collective heads swim.
And by 'collective' I don't mean just in numbers.

‘Sir: Sort of as was said in the Vietnam war, it has been said that you would destroy the country in order to save it. Would you care to comment?’
‘I’m not going to destroy the country. I’m going to fumigate it of the termites who would destroy it.’
‘But what if that causes a civil war.’
‘That isn’t what would cause a civil war. A civil war would be caused by these termites having tried to destroy this nation, and turn it into a mere part of a region - which has been called the North American Union - of their totalitarian New World Order. Look to them for the cause. Not my, and American patriots’, response to their treasonous actions.’
‘Do you have some closing comment you would like to make to the nation at this time?’
‘Yes.

illegally.

basis.
