Cruz... is a Canadian he is not a US Citizen.  The evidence has been posted here many times.  His Canadian Birth Certificate was issued when Canada did not recognize dual citizenship, and it is the only record of Birth he has publicly provided... Meaning: that Canada considers Cruz to be their citizen, not the USA.

Cruz's father did not become a US Citizen until recently.... years after he left Canada.  Why?  His mother apparently had Canadian Citizenship and probably English Citizenship... She renounced her US Citizenship while in Canada... to become a Canadian Citizen.  Again, Canada did not recognize dual citizenship when she took on Canadian Citizenship. Both parents have voted in Canada... according to Canadian election/ registration records.

Cruz is not a US Citizen and that explains why he has not submitted evidence of US Citizenship... He has provided no evidence of his US Citizenship as required by the 1952 Immigration and naturalization act... links and copies of the documents discussed here have been provided several times on this site... search for them.

Finally, Cruz has sealed all of his citizenship records in the US and Canada... why would he do that?  By the way he and his wife worked on the North American Union and supported universal citizenship for members of the Union.  His political success can also be linked to his long association with the Bush dynasty and his wife's ties with major banking concerns on Wall Street... and with the CFR.  All warning signals pointing to a less than conservative value system... and the continued survival of American sovereignty.

Col,

Your post will not go unchallenged as you have zero facts to support your opinion. Nor do you have any Constitutional argument that can hold water for it is all based on a false narrative.

You know that the Vattel argument is failed and so is the two parent argument and so is the born only on US soil - so there is just no evidence supporting your argument. Sorry

Mangus... Spare us. Every boneheaded point you make has been totally Junked. Just go back and re-read all the doc's, fact's and proofs that were posted LAST TIME... Like 48 pages worth.

I won't feed you.

Afterward... THERE WAS NO ONE LEFT... with even a tiny whisper... Putting forth the false Ideal that cruz is an art.2 sec.1 cl.5 natural born citizen (U.S. I might add:)

Col., If you still have it handy... Please provide the link...

(EDIT)  I don't want to Beat Him up in public. I'm not sure what mind you... but there Is something I like about Him.

Mangus ...

The Vattel argument has not failed and in fact proves there is no way Cruz qualifies as a Natural Born Citizen.

In addition, Cruz has now sealed his citizenship records and REFUSES to provide the statutory documents to prove he is a US Citizen... of any kind.  Natural Born, Native or Naturalized.

The people voted to overwhelmingly reject the fraud... and his Globalist agenda.  You and your CFR buddies will have to find someone else to wreck our nation.  And, after all the shenanigans Cruz has pulled he needs to have his seat in Congress challenged in court... he needs to be removed.

Has zero to do with Cruz it is the Constitution which never mentions Vattel nor do the courts.

I have no intention of re-arguing the issue but all should take note that no serious Constitutional scholars back the theory. Nor do any of the Courts findings in all of history define Natural born citizen.

Nonsense.  It is as clear as day from the historical record what the constitutional Framers were going by when they codified that eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular office; as evidenced by such nation-founding luminaries as B. Franklin, John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, and others - and as confirmed by the repeal of the Naturalization Act of 1790 by the clarifying one (on this particular issue) of 1795, and as signed off on by no less than Madison and Washington.

People should go to puzo1dotblogspotdotcom to get a comprehensive presentation of the facts, including subsequent Supreme Court decisions.  And remind me, Mangus, never to let you near a decision on constitutional issues.  You can't be trusted.
