If It's Any Solace

If it is any solace
None of these souls amongst us
Who have been cheating
In this electoral process
    and in the past, for
                 that matter
          will be moving
       up with us
In the days to come.
             They still have
                    lessons
             to learn
In the realm of duality
            and apparent
       separation
                    obviously.

And so do we, actually,
     for letting them
             get away
         with it.
                     But
      of a different
            order.
With it all ruled
          by law.

               See you
    at the end of
    the journey
    when we are One
                   in
   sahaja samadhi.
In the meantime, we
               still have
              work
            to do.
                 Let's be
                 about
              it.
        Tempus
           fugit.

Thanks for your stand, Dave. But [never] forget one important fact (and the oversight of which has led directly to the condition that we [are] in):

Obama is not our “president”. That is to say, is not a legally sitting president. He is a usurper in the office, for not fulfilling the eligibility requirement of needing to be a ‘natural born’ citizen. What is that, you ask? A simple look at the historical record will tell you/average Joe and Jill American what that is: It is a person “born in the country, of parents who are citizens…” (Which is what makes it ‘natural,’ for heaven’s sake.  This is not rocket science.)

It comes from the definitive tome of the day on such matters, E. de Vattel’s ‘The Law of Nations,’ which, as I indicated, there is considerable historical evidence to indicate the constitutional Framers were fully familiar with, and versed in. And that eligibility requirement for that particular office STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.

The unclarity has come in because the Republican Party has failed in its duty to be a proper opposition party. Why? It has become obvious why: because it wanted to run its OWN ineligible candidates through that breach in the wall of the Constitution – which it has done with the candidacies of Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal. And that move has left this nation on the edge of ruin – which the Framers did their best to keep from happening. The whole POINT of the exercise being to make sure that the occupant of that office, who would as well, then, become the Commander in Chief of the nation’s military forces, had NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES [OR] INFLUENCES. Had SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the U.S. And so here we are, hoist on [by[ our own petard, as it were.

There is still time to redress our terrible mistake. But barely.
