Among other things, such as fraud and perjury. But we invited all that has transpired in this country since his first inauguration, by assuming that the Republican Party would have said something if he were not eligible for that office, for not being a 'natural born' citizen; when, if we had looked into the definition of that term for ourselves, we would have realized that he was, and is, NOT eligible, and so simply needs to be removed from the office - by oath keepers - and held for trial, on a whole host of such charges as detailed above. The legal definition being a person "born in the country, of parents who are citizens".
It is from the definitive tome of the day on such matters, E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations,' for which there is considerable historical evidence that the constitutional Framers were CLEARLY going by in setting that eligibility requirement for that particular office in their constitutional contract - and as it was taught in the universities of the day. And that eligibility requirement for that particular office STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary. And this is the dead giveaway as to why the Republican Party failed in their duty, as the official opposition party, to call Obama and the Democrat Party on his usurpation of the office: because they wanted to run their OWN ineligible candidates through that breach in the wall of the Constitution, to say, the rule of law. As they have subsequently done, with the candidacies of Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal.
It is a crime of massive proportions. Both major political parties need to be brought into a (proper, Common Law) court of law and tried, under RICO statutes, for being the criminal enterprises that they are, in having colluded in this attempt to do an end-around on the Constitution in this terribly important matter, found guilty, fined, and dissolved, with their major authorities going to prison for a good long stretch. To keep the Usurper himself company.

It shouldn't. It ran an ineligible candidate for the august and extremely powerful office of the presidency of the U.S. in 2008 and again in 2012, and got away with it because of an asleep citizenry. Which is now awakening to the full extent of the sleaze and corruption in their federal government. Which includes the Republican Party as well, for colluding in the hijack of the Oval Office; so it, too, must go down.
For those who still don't know the definition of a 'natural born citizen' - which includes most of our elected representatives (or else they are pretending not to know) - here it is: "The natives, or natural born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens..."
