Anybody who doesn't know - read: accept - that he is not eligible for the office of the presidency isn't fit to be AG, or any other position regarding the rule of law in the country. Keep Cruz in the Senate; at least he has some acceptable conservative attitudes. How about Speaker there??

Especially people who don't know the difference between a citizen and a 'natural born' citizen. - a special category of citizen, required by the Constitution for the office of the presidency.
Here's the definition of a 'natural born' citizen, as understood by the constitutional Framers (as considerable historical evidence attests to): It is a person "born in the country, of parents who are citizens..." It's from the definitive tome of the day on such matters, E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations' (Book One, Ch. XIX, Sect.212). And that eligibility requirement for that particular office STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.
The Republican Party failed to call Obama and the Democrat Party on his ineligible candidacy because they wanted subsequently to run their OWN ineligible candidates through that hole blown in the wall of the Constitution, to say the rule of law in the country. Which they did in the forms of Cruz, Rubio and Jindal - not a nbc amongst them. And this nation continues to suffer under that outrageous decision, to attempt to do an end-around on the Constitution, until that illegal act is SET RIGHT. Not by attempts to make two wrongs MAKE a right.

It fits with the Usurper's whole profile, and is further proof of how terribly dangerous and WRONG it was for The People to allow him to occupy the Oval Office. One bad deed generates another, and another, and another.
